Accounting is not the purpose of doing business.

The purpose of a business is to focus on what it does best — and do it profitably.

A small business may not need monthly accounting services. What matters is that taxes are reported correctly and the annual report is filed on time.

As the business grows and the number of transactions increases, it makes sense to entrust the accounting to a professional.

If the accounting has been neglected for some time or documents have piled up, the first step is to put the existing records in order and reconstruct the accounting.

I only do what your business actually needs.

How much accounting does your business actually need?

I can manage it myself

If your business has only a few transactions and the records are in order, you may not need monthly accounting services.

Annual report from €150
A1 certificate application €20 / person
Tax returns, registry procedures and other individual services as needed

I need an accountant

As the number of transactions grows, employees are hired or reporting becomes more complex, it makes sense to entrust the accounting to a professional.

Ongoing accounting from €150 / month

The actual scope of work and price depend on the nature of the business, the number of transactions and employees, and its reporting requirements.

Things have piled up

“I’ll deal with it tomorrow” can easily turn into months. Invoices are scattered, bank transactions have not been recorded, tax balances do not match, or tax returns and annual reports have not been filed.

This is no longer routine accounting. The first step is to understand what actually happened in the business and then put the accounting records in order or reconstruct them.

Accounting clean-up and reconstruction from €300

More complex accounting reconstruction work €100 / hour

Sometimes accounting isn’t the problem.

Is your bank asking about transactions or the source of funds?

I analyse the bank’s KYC/AML request, review the transaction documentation, and help prepare a clear, well-supported response based on verifiable evidence.

AML/KYC and banking enquiries from €250

Analysis of Estonian Tax and Customs Board enquiries and preparation of responses from €250

An enquiry from the Tax and Customs Board does not automatically mean that the company has done anything wrong. The key is to understand what is actually being asked, review the available documentation, and respond precisely to the extent necessary.

Planning an international transaction?

I analyse the tax, financial, documentation and compliance requirements of the transaction before it is carried out.

International transaction, tax and financial advisory €150 / hour or project-based fee

How I work

Facts first. Conclusions second.

Show me the source document.

A statement is not evidence. I start with documents, transactions and actual cash flows.

I don’t prepare an annual report until I understand what actually happened in the business.

An annual report is not an exercise in making the numbers fit. If the accounting records do not provide a reliable picture of what actually happened, the first step is to find out why.

As much as necessary, as little as possible.

Especially when dealing with banks, AML enquiries and public authorities, a response should be sufficient, precise and supported by documentation — not simply as long as possible.

Let’s talk about your business.

If you have a specific question about accounting, tax, banking or finance, briefly describe the situation. We’ll first determine what actually needs to be resolved.
